Edges

The role of edges is not to be underestimated in determining whether a door fulfils all the functional and aesthetic requirements. The best combination of frame construction and door edge will depend on the usage frequency, application area and design concept.

ProEdge

Our new ProEdge edge variants with thickness from 2 mm expand the range of shock resistance frame constructions and offer an even higher degree of edge impact resistance. The resistance class E according to RAL-GZ 426 ensures additional robustness and longevity, making it ideal for challenging applications.

  • Edge impact resistance class E according to RAL-GZ 426 is guaranteed in all standard rebate configurations with Homapal, FENIX DOORS, TopLab® DOORS and Getalit
  • The edges with thicknesses of 1 and 2 mm therefore meet a wide range of requirements and can be used for a variety of applications
  • An optional curved edge minimises the risk of injury, for example in nurseries and retirement homes, according to accident prevention regulations/statutory accident insurance
  • Surfaces are particularly robust, hygienic, impact resistant and resistant to dirt
  • 18 colours to choose from, including FENIX NTM colours from the FENIX DOORS collection
  • All functions like fire protection and soundproofing can be combined with these edges
